Vierasmaja / Guesthouse

Pikkuhiljaa alkaa vierasmajamme valmistumaan. Tässä kuvia nykyisestä tilasta.
Litte by litte our guesthouse is starting to look lika a house again. here are some pictures of how it looks today.


Pääsisäänkäynti! Huom ihanat ikkunat, jotka odottavat skrapausta ja uutta värikerrosta.
Main entrance! Notice the wonderful small windows that are waiting for new paint.

Makuuhuone 1. Huoneesta ovi keittiö-/ruokailu-/olotilaan. Itse oven pitäisi toistaiseksi olla jossain ladossa säilössä... Makuuhuone 2 on tismalleen samanlainen paitsi peilikuva.

Bedroom 1. From the room there is an opening to the kitchen/dining/livingroom. The door should be in som of our barns. Bedroom 2 looks exactly the same. Only the other way around.

Keittiö-/ruokailu-/olotila. Jännä nähdä minkälaisen keittön me onnistumme kasaamaan.

Yläkerran oleskelutila. Seinät kun vielä saisi maalattua valkoisiksi...

Muutama tonkka valkoista maalia ja sähköt paikoilleen, niin ja tietysti se keittiö. Ja sitten vaan varauskirja esille - eihän taloa ole tyhjänä seisomaan tehty, vaan teille rakkaat ystävät : )))

A few cans of white paint and the electricity working, and the kitchen of course. Then we are ready to start book the house for you our dear friends.

Meille tulee vauva! We're going to have a baby!

Uutisia tulee tiuhaan tahtiin, perhekeskeisiä kuitenkin kaikki : ) Eli tällä kertaa minulla on ilo ilmoittaa, että meille tulee vauva, heinäkuussa on laskettu syntyväksi!!! Pahaolo alkaa jo hellittää ja housuja ei saa enää napitettua, hienolta siis näyttää.

Lots of news lately, all family related : ) This time I have pleasure of announcing that we're going to have a baby. Some time in July. Throwing up is history and all of my pants are too small aroung the waist. Everything is looking good in other words!

Hääkellot / Wedding bells

Joulukuun 27. päivä soivat hääkellot täällä Skoonessa. Tehokas pari kun olemme, niin kosinnasta (polvillaan keittiössä Ellenin ja Emilin läsnäollessa) häihin ei tainnut mennä kun kuukauden päivät. Paikalla olivat vanhempamme ja Robertin sisko perheineen. Kaasona Ellen ja bestmaninä Emil. On ihanaa olla naimisissa!

On December 27th the Wedding bells were ringing here in Skåne. As an efficient couple we didn't waste much time - from the day that Robert kneeled and proposed to me (in our kitchen Ellen and Emil present) it took apprx a month to the wedding. Our parents were there as well as Roberts sister & family. Ellen was the bridesmaid and Emil bestman. We love to be married!
